Wonderful ride at the 35th annual ESICM conference
The round anniversary of the LIVES 2017 conference of the European Society of Intensive Medicine was the perfect opportunity to introduce the latest model in the LINET portfolio – the Sprint 100 stretcher.
In a spacious exposition at the congress in Vienna the LINET Group presented more ICU solutions – the Multicare bed with an integrated OptiCare mattress, the Eleganza 5 bed with the new active mattress Virtuoso, and the paediatric bed TOM 2 for ICUs.
The LINET stand attracted visitors like a magnet. “We are the only company from our sector to exhibit its products here. Furthermore, there is always something on our beds to show, and they are tangible, physically present and, we believe, interesting,” says Pavel Pospíšil, ICU product manager. Two special promo events added to the overall attractiveness of the exposition. There was a LIVE Rescue Show with the new Sprint stretcher during which the clinical coach Alexander Širin demonstrated the main benefits of the premium product. The Instax photo corner was also a great attraction. There, visitors could take pictures of themselves with various “speech bubbles” and medical props and get both a picture and a chance to compete for their own Instax.
Traditionally, the audience members at the congress are professionals and staff from ICUs, and the fact that most of them know and work with LINET beds, especially Multicare, was all the more pleasing. “We thus gained valuable feedback, and we were able to advise visitors, discuss their specific experiences with them and think of new solutions for their needs,” says Pavel Pospíšil.
