European LINET Group thus continues to widen its global sales network.

Australia is an increasingly important market for the Linet Group. The healthcare industry is of a high standard and is quite comparable to the USA, for example, where Linet has already succeeded with its premium products and services.

"We want to provide the same standard for our customers in the Australian market. It is the acquisition of Pegasus Health Group that will enable us to offer the market a truly full range of our services, not just high-end products. Pegasus has been successful in both hospital and home care rentals, which are becoming increasingly important with high potential," explains Petr Foit, LINET's Global Sales Director Export.

"We are buying an excellently managed company that is a market leader in hospital mattress renting in the New South Wales. We are gradually strengthening our position in every important part of the world, and the acquisition of the Pegasus Group fits right in. We are really excited that we are also doing well in Australia," says Tomáš Kolář, CEO of LINET Group.

Pegasus Health Group has a history of more than 30 years. Its revenues in 2021 amounted to AUD 11,8 million, most of which is generated by the rental of medical equipment, particularly mattresses. Pegasus supplies them to both hospitals and home care. The entire group has more than 70 employees and is led by Scott Nowland, who has owned 30% of the company to date. He will remain in his position.

Linet Group is a company registered in the Netherlands. Globally, it is the largest manufacturer of advanced beds for health and social care.
